About this Website

This website is an information service which provides details of properties for rental in northern Hampshire, principally in the Aldershot Area. The properties are owned privately, and are managed by letting agents GB Property Services of Fleet and Seekers in Aldershot, who look after them on a day-to-day basis.  You cannot rent a property directly through this site, and all enquiries should be directed either to myself or to GB Property Services (see contact details below). However, this site does maintain a current availability chart, and we also have a mailing list you can join if you wish, in order to be advised by e-mail as and when any properties on this website become available to let.


The Properties

The properties are all modern, bright, 2-bedroomed flats, which are conveniently located for major facilities and transport links.
All properties are let unfurnished, but come with white goods in the kitchen - fridge or fridge/freezer, washing machine, and cooker. Some of the properties have a microwave.  All have off-street parking.  Current properties are in developments at Ascot Court and Wingate Court, both in central Aldershot, and also at Aspen Grove, The Willows, directly by the junction of the A331 dual carriageway and the A323 Ash Road - ideally placed for rapid commuting via the A331 to local towns including Farnborough, Frimley, Camberley, Farnham, and Guildford.

Ascot Court Properties

Ascot Court is a large modern development of over 200 flats
built in the late 1990s by Fairview homes, located very centrally in the heart of Aldershot, adjacent to the bus and Railway Stations. There is a mixture of studio, 1 bed and 2-bed flats here, although we currently only have 2-bed units.  All flats here have unallocated parking (1 space per flat). There is a security entrance phone for each flat. A particular advantage of this development is the convenient access to bus and train, and also the town centre, which can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

an Ascot Court Flat Property Ref AC1 - A 2 bedroom unfurnished top-floor flat in a modern block in Ascot Court. Located near the main entrance to the development, it is just a couple of minutes by foot from the town centre. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen has cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and microwave. This flat is newly redecorated, is cosy and quiet, with views over the town. Loft space. Off-street parking is available immediately outside.

Wingate Court Properties

Wingate Court is a medium-sized modern development of about 70 flats
built about 5 years ago. It is located on the fringes of Aldershot town centre, adjacent to the Tesco Superstore just off Wellington Avenue. There is therefore immediate access to Tescos, and the town centre can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.  We currently have two 2-bed units here.  All flats here have allocated parking, although the number of spaces varies by flat. There is a security entrance phone for each flat.  Wingate Court flats are spacious and very well maintained.

Block containing property WC1

Property Ref WC1 - a 2 bedroomed unfurnished flat on the top (3rd) floor of one of the blocks in Wingate Court. This is a really excellent flat, in good decorative order, with a large lounge with a pleasant outlook over trees and green space, 2 good size bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with cooker, washing machine, and fridge/freezer.  It is secure and quiet. It has 2 allocated parking spaces (most flats here have only one).

Block containing property WC2 Property Ref WC2 - a 2 bedroomed unfurnished flat on the 2nd floor of one of the blocks in Wingate Court. The property has 1 allocated parking space, and generous visitors parking is available immediately in front of the property. The property faces inwards over the rest of Wingate Court and has pleasant views over the courtyard area.  It has recently been redecorated and is immaculate inside. It is cosy, quiet, and is just a short walk from the town centre.

Properties in Aspen Grove, The Willows, Aldershot

The Willows is a mixed development of flats and townhouses, built in 2002 by Fairview Homes. The properties are spacious, modern and built to a high specification, including fitted kitchens with integrated appliances.
The Willows is located just by the junction of the A331 dual carriageway and the A323 Ash Road, giving immediate access to the A331 for 
rapid commuting via the A331 to local towns including Farnborough, Frimley, Camberley, Farnham, and Guildford. The properties have off-street parking, and there is a large grassed communal area with a playground area for children. We currently have one 2-bed unit here.

Block containing property WC2 Property Ref AG1 - a 2 bedroomed unfurnished ground-floor flat in Aspen Grove, The Willows. This flat was built in 2002 and is immaculate; inside it has laminate wooden flooring in the hallway and lounge, and fitted carpet in the bedrooms. The bathroom and Kitchen are finished to a high standard. The kitchen has built in oven and washing machine, and a free-standing fridge-freezer.  There is plenty of off-street parking immediately outside.

Tenancy Agreements

All our properties are let using a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement (AST), arranged by our letting agents. These run for a minimum of 6 months, and are renewable, meaning that you can normally rent for as long as you like.  For more details of how to rent, see our letting agents own websites..
